          a.The Directory Board consists of a Director and (several)  Vice Director(s).

The Director is responsible for all works assigned by the Director of the IMHEN and lawful implemention of all activities of the Center.

The Vice Director assists the Director for assigned works.

          b. Funtional Divisions:

1. Division of ocean – atmosphere interaction research;

2. Division of marine dynamic and environment;

3. Division of coastal dynamic and environment.
