General information
The Centre for Marine and Ocean - Atmosphere Interaction Research (CMOAR ) is a scientific functional unit under The Viet Nam Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment (IMHEN). The Center has the mandate of doing basic and application researches and developing technology on marine meteorology, hydrology and environment, ocean – atmosphere interaction and weather modification technology.
Activities:
1. Research concerning coastal and offshore hydrodynamic and environmental processes;
2. Research on ocean - atmosphere interaction;
3. Weather modification technology;
4. Forecast on marine weather, hydrology and environment;
5. Coastal and offshore engineering.
